| Stacked cakes are very clean lined, elegant and traditional. Only inner, invisible dowels or columns are used to support the upper layers. In between the layers, there is always a cake plate for easy cutting. Stacked cakes have to be transported completely assembled.
Cut a small bite from the middle tier of the cake for best looking pictures with bride and groom, then remove top layer, set apart, and cut layers from top down, removing cake plates tier by tier. As always, save the top layer frozen for a first anniversary treat. |
