It's multilingual and caters to the US and German market respectively. The paypal IPN module was completely rewritten allowing payment & order cancelling through you paymal admin mask, automatic emptying of the cart even if the customer doesn't return to the website and order emails sent triggered by IPN verified message, not by returning to the shop.
